MicroGamerZ Announces Hearthstone

Sat 20th Sep 2014 - 12:42am General Gaming

Over the past few weeks, the MicroGamerZ staff has been working hard to bring you the most talented starting lineup we can. Featuring five of North America and Hong Kong's top players, we believe you will see much more of us in the near future, with some of our players already making noise in some big events and tournaments.

MicroGamerZ started with an elite StarCraft II squad featuring several of the best players that North America has to offer. We then expanded to some of the best Koreans in the scene, taking dominant finishes in many North American and European team leagues. As we grew as an organization, we felt the need to expand to League of Legends, where we show a strong lineup of 5 highly-skilled players.

Now, I introduce to you the Micro GamerZ hearthstone roster!

First, the 23 year old veteran Taylor "Teebs" Bell is an experienced YuGiOh competitor, with several regional top 8 finishes, and top 32 at SJC Seattle. Teebs is known for his excellent rogue and priest play.

Second, the Hong Kong native Jeanno "Jeanno" Cheung can be seen playing in all Hong Kong tournaments, whether they be invitational or open. Jeanno finished 3-4th at IEM Shenzen, notably finishing first in group c and knocking out teammate JackyChan, along with powerhouses Gnimish and MaSsan.

Third, and team captain, Tirth "gcttirth" Mehta can be found dominating every online open tournament he can get his hands in. A 2-time finalist in both NESL and Zotac cups, he has proven he can knock out the best of the best in tournament situations. He has even shown his dominance on ladder, reaching top 100 legend on NA consistently.

Fourth, Jacky “JackyChan” Chan and friend of teammate Jeanno is our second Hong Kong all-star. He had an impressive finish at IEM Shenzen, reaching the 5-8 place and showing very strong games, as well as an invite to the Asus Hong Kong Invitational. Watch out for him to continue to show better and better results as time goes by.

Last but not least, Austin “Ereath” McIntyre is the young prodigy of MicroGamerZ. With a rank 6 Legend finish on NA just 2 seasons ago, Ereath is looking to transfer his ladder dominance in tournaments with the help of the MicroGamerZ organization. He also played in Blizzcon qualifiers where he had an impressive 4-3 record and beating notable players backspace and zrusher.
